At the core of this newly constructed duplex in Croydon Park lies a sense of contemporary sophistication.
JPA Constructions and Jordan Rose joined forces in a partnership that saw the space defined by the seamless integration of minimalism, geometry and raw materials, and the result balances warmth and utility. Spanning two levels, the ground floor is dedicated to communal areas, hosting two living spaces, a cinema room, a dining area, and an open kitchen that seamlessly connects to an entertaining outdoor courtyard. The design narrative focused on a continuous sense of flow, open spaces to maximise natural light, and a neutral palette complemented by dark joinery and clean lines to achieve refined simplicity.
